Objectives
Due to the necessity to achieve a high level of productivity even when working in a home office, it is necessary to develop an effective method of self-management in order to cope with the new challenges and remain healthy in the long term. In turbulent times, it seems more difficult to plan effectively. We need new ways of thinking and planning to plan flexible scenarios. This workshop will explore how to achieve better balance in oneself and in the professional environment. Participants will leave the workshop with a comprehensive yet practical framework with which to implement their planning activities.
